It started from sharing my Weekly Wednesday Lifting Face which evolved into Beauty & the Beast. I’d post a cute photo followed by my gritty, sweaty, neck vein popping, crinkle chin, eyes bulging and nostrils flaring lifting face to show that you can be both beauty and beast. Creating a movement where we can laugh at ourselves, admire our dedication, and inspire others to EMBRACE the FACE!
