Can I get a refund on my membership?
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Memberships cannot be returned, transferred, or exchanged. Please ensure you select the correct membership before purchasing. Exceptions may apply where required by law.
Can I extend or pause my membership?
Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Extensions or pauses are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
Gym Access & Facilities
Where are you located?
Lifting Beach Face Gym is located at Secret Beach on Ambergris Caye, Belize next to Mistico. You can find us on google maps here.
What makes your gym different?
We’re an open-air gym designed for people who want to train in a natural, beachside environment.
What should I bring?
Bring your workout gear, water, a towel, and anything else you need for a comfortable training session.
Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely! Our gym is for anyone looking to move, build strength, and enjoy training in a unique beach setting.
Can I visit without a membership?
Yes! Day passes are available for visitors who want to train without committing to a longer membership.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on memberships or consumable products, including opened products, for change of mind.
What if a product is defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your receipt. We’ll assess the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What if I accidentally purchase the wrong membership or product?
Please contact us immediately. Corrections are not guaranteed once a purchase has been completed.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or can be confirmed by contacting us directly.
Is my online payment secure?
Online payments are processed through our designated payment provider Place to Pay. Your payment details are handled according to that provider’s payment security procedures.
Gym Etiquette & Safety
How should I use the equipment?
Use equipment responsibly and return it to its designated place after use. Please respect other members and keep the training area clean.
Age Requirements & Assumption of Risk
Is there a minimum age to use the gym?
Members must be 18 years or older to access Lifting Beach Face Gym independently. Anyone under 18 requires prior approval and must meet our adult supervision requirements. We reserve the right to refuse access where safety requirements cannot be met.
Do I use the gym at my own risk?
Yes. Physical exercise and the use of gym equipment involve inherent risks, including muscle strains, falls, serious injury, and, in rare cases, death.
By using the facility, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for exercising within your abilities, using equipment properly, and seeking medical advice when appropriate.
Please inspect equipment before use, stop exercising if you feel unwell, and report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
Does the gym accept responsibility for injuries?
Members are responsible for their own conduct and for using the facility safely. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Can the gym close due to weather or maintenance?
As an outdoor facility, we may temporarily restrict access due to weather, safety concerns, or maintenance. We’ll communicate any relevant closures or access changes when possible.
